By the way, that chicken on my blog I serve a lot of times with rice. There is enough "broth" to it that it goes nicely over rice. However, this week we had been rice-ed out, so I served it with baked potatoes. Some of us mashed up our potatoes and spooned the broth of the chicken over it. Yummmmmmm!
